We can currently hand make and deliver by the following dates:

UK Mainland & Northern Ireland – within 5 working days

ROI – within 7 working days

Rest of the world – within 3-4 weeks

We send all of our shipments via Royal Mail services.

We offer free shipping on worldwide orders over £100

Deliveries times will vary over Bank Holiday Weekends and UK Public Holidays.

In order to ensure delivery for a specific date we recommend ordering as far in advance as possible however we will always advertise our current live turn around.

Yes, we send all of our shipments via a tracked service.

At this time, tracking information can not be distributed manually through the production stages but you will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Our shipments are 1-2 days so you may only receive confirmation of shipment as late as Thursday evening as our guaranteed delivery dates are always Saturdays.

For your security we aren’t able to change the address your order is being sent to.

Don’t panic – if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted Royal Mail will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds on any item that complies with being made-to-measure.

Our Ready 2 Wake products have a 14 day returns policy. The 14 days commences once you have received the item. Simply Contact Us to return your item for a refund. All returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition with no visible signs of use. If there is a problem with one of our items, we will be happy to offer an exchange or alteration free of charge within 14 days of you receiving the product.

Ordering online before trying or seeing it in person first can be very daunting. We offer a fabric sample service so that you are able to see our fabric before committing to an order. In the event that the style you ordered and received is not to your taste, we can rework your design for you. If no extra fabric is needed this will be free of charge, if the rework requires more fabric then there will be a small fee.

The service that we offer to our clients is a bespoke one, all items, whether we hand make them to standard UK sizing or to individual measurements – we still make each garment from scratch with fabric we purchase after the point of sale per order.

We want you to give as much information about your sizing and special requests so that you are completely in love with the end result.

We are always completely gutted if we ever receive an email of this kind, as it means we have mistakenly made and missed a human error through the production stages which we apologise for if this is ever the case.

Please notify us of any faults at your earliest convenience and we will gladly rectify any mistakes ensuring that your order is re-handled with priority.

We will refund you your original postage paid for the inconvenience and also cover the additional postage to send your order back for correction.

MOST alterations comply with our free alterations service and we will try to accommodate as best we can to ensure you are happy with the finished garment at no extra cost than the original price.

NOTE: If for any reason any measurement error is our fault, there will be no fee for us to correct our mistake.

In the event that you provide us with a wrong measurement that is shorter than what is actually needed, there will be a ‘remake’ fee to cover the cost of the additional fabric we will need to buy to replace your fishtail skirt/your trousers/skirt. Please see our checklist below.

We understand It is hard enough buying for yourself, let alone 3/4/5+ girls and for an occasion that is months down the line.

Alterations for bridesmaid dresses do not have a time limit on them and there is no limit as to how many times they can be sent to us to tweak

To find your BUST measurement: Wrap the tape measure all the way around your back and over the fullest area of your bust to find the fullest circumference.

To find your WAIST measurement: Wrap the tape measure all the way around your waistline where you are naturally narrowest.

To find your BUM measurement: Wrap the tape measure all the way around your lower hips/bum where you are naturally widest.

To find your SHOULDER TO FLOOR measurement: Stand tall, while wearing a heel of the same height you intend to wear, drop the tape measure down your back or down your underarm to the floor to find your desired length (you will need assistance).

To find your WAIST TO FLOOR measurement: Stand tall, while wearing a heel of the same height you intend to wear, hold the tape measure at your waistline and measure down to the floor to find your desired length (you will need assistance).

We unfortunately do not offer this service at this time as we are an online company. We are more than happy to offer any further assistance with measuring if needed via email at [email protected]

If you are ordering either a dress or a set with a midi/mini skirt, you are able to tell us exactly how long you would like the full length of your skirt to be. Measure from your waistline down to the desired length.

Certainly, if you have chosen your design you can input dummy measurements for the design you select and in the additional notes text field please write “I will be providing measurements for my dresses at a later date” then click ADD TO BASKET and at the checkout select the quantity of dresses that you need. We will contact you to confirm everything.

We fully understand that certain styles might not be to everyones tastes and we are able to accommodate for this.

You are able to mix and match styles or we can make any of our long fishtail styles with a looser fitting skirt. E.g if you have 4 bridesmaid and two would rather a more floaty style skirt and two would like a fishtail skirt you could have the top the same design and the fabric for consistency and then have two different style skirts to suit your girls.

We are always flattered when we are contacted to work with influencers.

We would be happy to work with profiles who have an organic following with content that is relatable and engaging.

Having a high follow count is not an essential, we are more interested in the quality of content that is being produced on your feed and if your followers are invested in you and value your opinions

Because turnaround can be 12 weeks during busy periods we advise when placing your order to notify us of this.

You can then, 3 weeks before you’re due to receive your garment or come for a fitting, provide us with your accurate measurements using our online guide or book in via our online booking system for us to do this for you.

We are happy to accommodate, they can email the measurements to us using the online guide any time up to 3 weeks before you are due to receive the garments and they can book a fitting in using the online booking system for when they are available to be fitted – or we can post put to them – see postal prices.
All our items are fully lined, you can choose from a range of fabrics, we have a standard, medium & thick fabric – these fabrics smooth out any lumps & bumps and we would recommend the thicker under any light coloured garments.
